These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the okokbet platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers. By using okokbet, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and okokbet ("okokbet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the okokbet website, mobile platform, games, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account with okokbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

  • You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity;
  • You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and permitted;
  • You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of okokbet, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
  • You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account terminated for cause;
  • You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. okokbet reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the okokbet Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. okokbet employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

Age Verification: okokbet takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. We conduct age verification checks on all accounts and may request government-issued identification at any stage of the account lifecycle.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okokbet account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your account.

okokbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify okokbet immediately at [email protected].

All transactions conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by any other person — will be treated as authorised by you, unless you have previously notified okokbet of a security breach. okokbet reserves the right to suspend or lock your account pending investigation where unauthorised access is suspected.

You agree to ensure that you log out of your okokbet account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device. okokbet recommends enabling two-factor authentication where available to provide an additional layer of security for your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

okokbet supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your okokbet account are credited promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. okokbet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. okokbet aims to process verified withdrawal requests within five (5) business minutes for standard amounts. Larger withdrawals may be subject to additional review. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

  • Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed;

  • okokbet reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations;
  • Withdrawals will only be made to accounts held in the name of the registered okokbet account holder.
Anti-Money Laundering: okokbet is committed to compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. We reserve the right to delay, withhold, or report any transaction that we reasonably suspect may be connected to unlawful activity.

okokbet does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from joint accounts or accounts held by another person are not permitted.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

okokbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

  • Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another account;
  • Each promotion is subject to a specified wagering requirement, which must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
  • Bonuses have a defined validity period; any unused bonus funds or associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry;
  • okokbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable;
  • Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or other manipulative strategies — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed for suspension.

Specific wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds, and other conditions applicable to each promotion are set out in the individual promotion terms, which are published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active. Players are encouraged to read all promotion-specific terms before opting in.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okokbet Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
  • Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform;
  • Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform infrastructure;
  • Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
  • Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any unlawful financial purpose;
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing okokbet staff, support agents, or other players;
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any part of the Platform;
  • Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without prior written consent from okokbet.
Fraud Prevention: okokbet employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity in real time. Suspicious activity is flagged automatically and reviewed by our compliance team.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the okokbet Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of okokbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content;
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
  • Use any okokbet trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written authorisation;
  • Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of okokbet's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okokbet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, or Platform downtime;
  • Errors in game outcomes caused by software malfunctions, provided that okokbet takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors promptly;
  • Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
  • Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

okokbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okokbet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9 Responsible Gaming

okokbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, sustainable entertainment environment for all Filipino players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.

10 Termination

okokbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • You have breached any provision of these Terms;
  • okokbet is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority;
  • okokbet reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity on your account;
  • Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more;
  • You have requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or compliance checks.

You may close your okokbet account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued prior to closure.

11 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
